Darlene has been an integral part of our team for the past 12 years, and this new role is a testament to her exceptional contributions, expertise, and dedication. In her new role, Darlene will be instrumental in expanding our business development efforts within Life Sciences, building and nurturing partnerships and help shape the future growth at INOVIS.

Based in New Jersey, Ms. Carter has played a key role in driving success across our Life Sciences Division. With more than 18 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry—including prior roles at Roche and Genentech—she brings deep expertise in business development, market analytics, and competitive intelligence. At INOVIS, Darlene has led numerous critical initiatives, from strategic insights and client relations to managing complex projects that have helped our partners succeed in highly competitive environments.

Darlene's experience spans a wide range of therapeutic areas, including oncology, anticoagulants, virology, multiple sclerosis, diabetes, respiratory, dermatology, consumer health, HCV, generics, and biosimilars.
