He joined INOVIS from Novartis Pharma, where he most recently served as Global Director of Integrated Insights, helping develop competitive intelligence (CI) functions and processes that are still in effect today. Prior to this, he managed Global Competitive Intelligence for Respiratory and Primary Care at Novartis.
Previously, Dr. Singh headed Competitive Intelligence for a major Generics and Biosimilar intelligence firm, helping pharmaceutical clients optimize their lifecycle strategies.
Baljit studied pharmacy at the Royal Danish School of Pharmacy in Copenhagen, Denmark and received his Ph.D in Pharmaceutics from London School of Pharmacy. He played cricket for the Danish National team for ~10 Years.
A 30+year veteran in the CI and counter-intelligence industry, Marc has grown INOVIS into a global leader in primary intelligence and strategic consulting services, serving a select group of global Fortune 100 companies as loyal clients. He is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the firm and manages the operation of the Tech&Telecom practice.
Prior to INOVIS, Marc was Director of Market Intelligence at a leading U.S. institutional investment firm for five years, providing primary intelligence on small-/medium-/large-cap life science equities via a global employee network of 125 investigative journalists. He also delivers private CI seminars and is a frequent lecturer on CI and counter-intelligence topics at companies and to academia.
Marc is fluent in 5 languages and enjoys proximity to the ski slopes from the Lucerne office, to the Pacific waves from the Palo Alto office, and to NYC from the Princeton office.
Dr. Harshal Kubavat is the Head of Strategic Consulting Services. Harshal is based in the London office and brings the benefit of having both client and agency experience, hence offering a high degree of understanding of brand and competitor strategies, empathy for clients' needs and pain points, but equally importantly, new innovative and pioneering ideas to enable and optimize brand and competitor strategies.
Harshal joined INOVIS from Roche Pharmaceuticals (Global Product Strategy and UK Marketing), where he provided tremendous value as a Competitive Intelligence Manager (Immunology) and Brand Manager (Oncology) to brand and competitor strategy and tactical execution, at both global, regional and local levels.
Harshal manages the firm's Strategic Consulting Services unit, which consists mainly of brand strategy optimization, workshops, scenario planning, LCM, competitor simulations (war gaming) as well as competitive strategy training sessions to pharma, biotech, medical devices & digital medicine clients, leveraging his extensive experience of academic, patient-facing and commercial activities over the past ten years.
Dr Kubavat was previously a registered UK Pharmacist, obtaining his degree at The School of Pharmacy London, holds a Ph.D in Pharmaceutics from the University of Bath and recently obtained a PG. Certificate in Strategic Marketing Leadership at Henley Business School.

Darlene is an expert in competitive intelligence and strategies, especially on the commercial side, leading many of INOVIS' field force and MSL size projects — as such she has helped optimize, support and enable competitive strategies for many pharma companies over the past 15 years.
Based in New Jersey, Darlene plays a key role in driving success across our Life Sciences Division. With more than 18 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry — including prior roles at Roche and Genentech — she brings deep expertise in business development, market analytics, and competitive intelligence. At INOVIS, Darlene has led numerous critical initiatives, from strategic insights and client relations to managing complex projects that have helped our partners succeed in highly competitive environments.
Her experience spans a wide range of therapeutic areas, including oncology, anticoagulants, virology, multiple sclerosis, diabetes, respiratory, dermatology, consumer health, HCV, generics, and biosimilars.
Darlene has been an integral part of our team for more than a decade and is instrumental in expanding our business development efforts within Life Sciences, building and nurturing partnerships and helping shape the future growth at INOVIS.
Dede brings 25+ years of sales, management, and analytical experience to the fields of competitive intelligence and market research. She has extensive experience leading high-profile and strategic CI endeavors.
Before entering the research arena, she consistently ranked as a top financial advisor in the securities field, managing over 100 million dollars in non-profit group accounts focused primarily in the healthcare sector. For the past 15 years, she has focused on competitive / market intelligence in MedTech and IT. She has worked with commercialization companies, including Moffitt Cancer Center of Technology Management and Commercialization, and USF's Center for Advanced Medical Learning and Simulation with a focus in market sizing and assessment for new devices coming to market. As a result, she has developed a wide network of industry sources and KOLs in a variety of therapeutic areas.
She has presented to the SEUS Medical Device Association on Market Assessment, and holds degrees from Emory University and Georgia State University in Finance and Economics.
Larry Fauconnet, Senior Director of Competitive Insights & Strategy focusing on IT, Telecommunications, and Digital Health, leverages 30 years of competitive intelligence and strategy experience to assist clients in understanding and positioning themselves more effectively on the competitive landscape.
Larry came to INOVIS from AT&T and YP where he provided strategic competitive insights to corporate leadership. Prior to this, Larry served as the director of operations for a Princeton-based geopolitical intelligence consulting firm.
Larry also served for 28 years as an intelligence officer in the U.S. Army, both in active and reserve positions, retiring at the Rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Some of the key intelligence positions Larry held include: Intelligence Planner for the 5th Special Forces Group and the Combined Joint Special Operations Task Force in Iraq and Chief of Intelligence Production for Army Central Command's Intelligence Center.
Larry holds an MBA from Mercer University, an MA from Towson University, and a diploma from the U.S. Army's Command & General Staff College.
